Refund/Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at ecom@cosmopackusallc.com.  Returns must be requested and approved before sending any items back. Provence Essentials reserves the right to refuse all returns, re-shipments and refunds.

If your return is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

We recommend keeping proof of postage and a tracking number, as Provence Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging
  • A return request must be submitted and approved before shipping the item back

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include photos and your order confirmation so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Promotional sales are excluded.

Replacement:
If you need a replacement item, please contact us at ecom@cosmopackusallc.com. In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, our team will review your request and assist with a replacement as appropriate.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
