Shipping policy

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing or shipping times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from our fulfillment center. After the carrier has picked up your package, you may track its progress directly through the carrier’s tracking system.

Provence Essentials offers international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. However, international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing in the destination country.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, VAT, or other government fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Provence Essentials is not responsible for any customs fees, and such costs are not included in the order total or reimbursable.
